Guesthouse in Entebbe
It is possible to stay the night before the trip in our Guesthouse in Entebbe and also on the day coming back from the trip.
The price is $70 for a double room and $60 for a single room. In this price the breakfast is included and transport to or from the airport.
In our beautiful tropical garden you will enjoy a delicious meal and drink. See over 50 bird species and dream away with the noises of the African evening.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Departure to Murchison falls national park
Early morning at 0700hrs we will pick you from the hotel or guesthouse of your choice and take you to Murchison Falls National park. We will stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for tracking the Rhinos and also have Lunch here before continuing via masindi where we will reach later in the afternoon at the lodge. We will close with a cool drink and a fabulous view over the river Nile, and the evening coming with all the noise of an African night.

Day 2: In Murchison Falls NP
Early morning after breakfast at 0600hrs we will set off for a game drive where we will have chance to see hyenas, lions, leopards, elephants, hippos, giraffes, kobs, Jackson heart beast etc.
From the game drive we will head to the lodge for lunch and after lunch we will have a 3hour impressive launch trip on the Nile to the Falls. Hippos, crocodiles, buffalo, elephants and many birds will be seen. From the boat we will hike to the top the top of the falls, hiking to the top can take about 40minutes taking photos of the falls at the different viewing points before getting to the top of the falls.
Day 3: To Kibale NP
Early in the morning at 0730hr we will leave for Kibale National park. We will pass close to Lake Albert: on a clear day the view from the top of the Albert rift is spectacular. We will have lunch along the way and after we continue with the journey where we will reach later in the afternoon.
Driving time: ± 9 hours
Day 4: Chimp walk
At 8.00am we will start with the 4-5 hour chimpanzee tracking during which you may also get to see 10 other primates! Kibale park is also known for all the butterflies and birds. In the afternoon we will walk through Bigodi Swamp (home to a community based project).
Day 5: To Queen Elizabeth NP
Early morning at 0800hrs we will leave for Queen Elizabeth National park. We will travel through Fort Portal and reach the lodge in the afternoon. We will check in at your accommodation and have lunch, and in the late afternoon (4.00-7.00pm) we will go on a game drive where we will have chance to see lions, elephants, leopards, buffaloes , kobs etc.

Day 6: In Queen Elizabeth NP
Early morning after breakfast at 0630hrs we will for the game drive where we will have chance to see, lions, elephants, buffaloes, hyenas, kobs, lots of birds etc. From the game drive we will head back to the lodge for lunch and after lunch we will go for 3hours boat cruise on the kazinga channel where you will have chance to see elephants, buffaloes, hippos, birds etc from the waterside.
Day 7: To Bwindi National Park
Early in the morning at 0730hrs we will leave for Kisoro. We will travel via Kabale and continue through a beautiful landscape also defined as the “Switzerland of Africa”: mountains, lakes, hills with cultivated terraces, tropical rainforest and bamboo forest. We will hve lunch at the lodge and after we relax at the lodge as we get ready for the gorilla tracking.
In the sixties the famous American ‘gorilla-woman’ Dian Fossey visited the Travellers Rest Hotel many, many times to do paperwork, relax or meet people. Fossey said about the hotel: “It was my second home”. Travellers Rest Hotel is just outside Kisoro and offers a cozy stay for the tourists coming to see the endangered mountain gorilla. The hotel, built in a somewhat colonial style, and entirely renovated in 1999, has a comfortable ambiance.

Day 8: Tracking
This is the day of Gorilla tracking. At 0730hrs we will be at the starting point of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for briefing as well as enjoying the cultural dances from the local community dance groups and at 8:30 we will start the trek in the forest, after finding the gorillas we will spend with them for a maximum 1 hour. All visitors are expected back to the starting point by 7:00 P:M. The walks can take 3-9 hours depending on where you find the gorillas. It is a real hiking and being physically fit is recommended.
Day 9: Lake Bunyonyi
Early in the morning at 0800hrs we will head to Lake Bunyonyi. As we get there we will check in at the lodge. We will have lunch and after lunch we will go for an hour to and fro boat cruise to visit the batwa pygmies. After we will return to our lodge for relaxation and swimming.
Day 10: To Entebbe
Early in the morning at 0830hrs the last part of our journey will see us head back to Entebbe. Along the way we will stop at the equator for lunch as well as buying souvenirs to take back home. There after continue with the journey to Kampala or Entebbe.
