3 Days Lake Mburo NP
Lake mburo national park is located in kiruhura district. The park is located approximately 230km from kampala. At 260 square kilometers the park is the smallest of Uganda ‘s savannah national parks. The park is name after the lake which falls in this territory. The vegetation in the park in the park is mainly open savannah of acacia tree and boscia. there a variety of animals in this park namely impalas(the antelope from which Kampala is named after), plain zebra, hippos, Ugandan kobs, buffaloes, leopard, spotted hyenas, warthogs, oribi, waterbucks and elands with a wide variety of birds.
