During this tour you will sleep in the accommodation in our partner lodges. These accommodation are one of the best in Uganda not 5 star but comfortable and always placed in stunning locations. Close to the national park with a beautiful view from your own veranda. Our choice of accommodation has a lot to offer like wonderful meals, good staff, clean environment, security and good nature surroundings.

Itinerary for the trip to Lake Mburo national park

Day 1

Early morning after breakfast at 0830hrs we will pick you from any place of your choice in Kampala or Entebbe and depart for Lake Mburo National Park. A smaller but unique park, and the only one in the Western part of Uganda with impalas, plains zebras, hippopotamus, giraffes etc. As we get to the park we will check in at the lodge and after we have our lunch. We will have an evening game drive and a nature walk where we will have chance to see zebras, hippos, giraffes, impalas, monkeys, buffaloes, elands etc.

Driving time: ± 5,5 hours

Day 2

Early morning afer breakfast at 0800hrs we shall go for a game drive and a game walk. Leopards, buffaloes, implass, Lions and Giraffes are among the animals which can be seen. After the morning game drive we will go for an afternoon 2hr boat cruise where you will be able to see hippos, buffaloes, waterbucks lots of birds etc.

Day 3

After a late breakfast, the last part of the journey will bring us back to Kampala. We will stop in Masaka for Lunch and then continue, after Masaka town we will stop at the Equator for Tea/Coffee break and buying souvenirs. We will bring you back to Hotel of your choice in Kampala for overnight. If you are continuing your journey somewhere else or back home, we will bring you to the airport for check in.
